Our founder embodies Urban Impact Network's commitment to building change, not just talking about it. Growing up in Chicago's underserved neighborhoods, they experienced firsthand the challenges our communities face. This lived experience, combined with professional expertise as a licensed general contractor, forms the foundation of our approach. As an approved energy efficiency provider with ComEd and Peoples Gas, they bring practical knowledge and street-level understanding to every program we design. "We don't talk change. We build it" isn't just our motto—it's how our founder leads Urban Impact Network's work, ensuring our mentorship, workforce training, and violence prevention initiatives create tangible pathways forward for Chicago's youth and families caught in cycles of hardship.
